Journey Through Art
Join us at Penn Museum for an inspiring, hands-on workshop designed to help kids explore the power of colors, shapes, and materials in art! Through group discussions, demonstrations, and creative expression, you will learn how color and shape can express emotions and tell personal stories connected to the concept of "home".
Agenda:
- Introduce the Penn Museum and the exhibition in general
- Group discussion focusing on two paintings
- Plant painting demo using ink pad
- Participants start to make their own creation
- Share the final work with each other
This event is recommened for children 2-4 years old with their parent or family members, but kids of all ages are welcome! Anticipate arts and hands-on fun!
This event is FREE and open to all families who wish to come!
