English Lessons: Advanced Level In-Person
Looking for a supportive, collaborative space to learn, practice, or develop your English language skills? The Family Center offers 2 learning levels this Spring: Beginner Level and Advanced Level.
Advanced Level English Lessons will take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays every week from 2/5 to 4/24 in the Family Center.
What you will learn in the Advanced level class:
- Gain confidence and fluency in daily and professional communication.
- Continue to learn essential vocabulary and refine grammar.
- Practice speaking skills to navigate life in the U.S., build connections, and pursue career opportunities effectively.
English Lessons offered through the Family Center are free and available for adult family FRC members of student and postdoc parents at Penn!
This event is for advanced level only. Noting you can only register for either one class at the moment but can always switch to another section if you wish.
Location: 3615 Locust Walk, Lower Level of the Graduate Student Center
There is a front and side building entrance, both with a device for Penn Card swipe-access as well as touch screen doorbells. The Family Center can be found when you come down the stairwell, or select “B” in the elevator.
